Add some maple syrup in coffee is a pure delight. Note that maple syrup is equally fine. Can also sprinkle it in cappuccino or latte.te.
Maple Café latte
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Makes: 4 cups (4 servings)
1 can (370 ml) of Carnation evaporated milk 2%
1/4 cup (50 mL) maple syrup
2 cups (500 mL) of hot coffee
Heat milk and maple syrup in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until it is hot. Do not boil. Add the hot coffee. Serve warm.
Maple Ice Coffee
30 ml (1 oz) of cream liqueur and maple syrup
60 ml (2 oz) of water
15 ml (1/2 oz) milk
1 c. of sugar
1 1/2 c. in instant coffee
1 sprig of mint
1. In a shaker filled with ice, add all ingredients except mint sprig.
2. Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
3. Filter the contents of the shaker into an old-fashioned glass containing a few ice cubes using an ice strainer.

Maple Cinnamon Coffeee
1 capsule Melozio
120 ml (4 ounces) of milk
30 ml (1 oz) maple syrup
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1. In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat, add the maple syrup and cinnamon;
2. Beat with a whisk until the mixture is smooth (brown sugar until dissolved) and the milk is warm and frothy;
3. Pour the mixture into a glass recipe;

Note: For extra sweetness and flavor, add 1 tablespoon of brown sugar into the milk mixture;
Maple Coffee whisky
3/4 cup cream 35%
4 teaspoons pure organic maple syrup
3/4 cup whiskey
3 cups of strong black hot
Granulated sugar maple
Whip ¾ cup cream 35% with 4 teaspoons of pure organic maple syrup until it forms soft peaks; book.
1 teaspoon organic pure maple syrup and ¼ cup of whiskey into 4 glasses (heat resistant)
Pour 3 cups of strong black hot
Top with whipped maple cream
Sprinkle granulated sugar maple.
