Sugar Bush is where they make maple products, including the famous maple syrup. The candy is in the maple forest where the maple harvest spring sap of maple trees, also called sap. This water is discharged from the tree's cells in fall to allow it to survive the winter frost. This is also where, most of the time, the processing is made in maple syrup with a system of kettles and vessels where the concentration of sugar increases with each step.
Our suger Bush, located in the heart of our maple forest, offers our customers a real incursion into the past of Canadian and Quebec ancestors.
